My work explores the semiotics, multi-cultural, internationalism and decolonisation of the Anglo-Indian’s in today’s context. My images introduce an element of paradox and uncertainty. My utopia is a combination of art, philosophy and poetry. My images depict my past means of living and my utopian hopes for the future. I reinvented traditional picture frames in a sculptured way to display digital artwork incorporating light and sound to enhance my images. The movement it provides has a kinetic feel to the piece and the light projected illusions help to de-materialise the spaces they are in. The light and sound, which includes noises, complete the sensory experience.
